Next Step = Interior Upgrades

After deciding on the elevation (D) we started on upgrades ( it was very overwhelming and took us two days to decide) which includes anything you want to change.  Yes I mean everything and anything!!

We started by adding almost every upgrade you could think of but after seeing the price increase we slowly started taking things away especially the items that we could do ourselves.  So that led us to the decision to add structural upgrades first that included, the third car garage, extra windows, and master bathroom upgrades.

After that we then needed to decide on the kitchen cabinets, flooring, and title.  I have to say this part I was most disappointed with.  I love to decorate and that is one thing I am most looking forward to do in this home but Ryan Home has started doing packages on these items..meaning they have everything picked out an you just say I want that package and that is the color and design you get (YUCK) and yes each package is an additional cost!! I decided on the lower end (SOHO) with black cabinets and the flooring didn't really matter because we are adding our own once the house is built.
