Exterior Upgrades

After the meeting with the upgrades and pricing finished we had to make a decision on the exterior siding color, door color, shutter and stone (that was an upgrade).  This is the part that I had the most trouble deciding but after much google researching and Pinterest I narrowed it down.

Siding Color: Mountain Clay

Shutters: Black

Front Door: Maroon

Stone: Saginaw 

** Our community does not allow you to have the same color, layout everything like your neighbors it's 3 to your left and right and across so we were lucky to find a lot where there wasn't a lot built yet so we couldn't pick two colors but the stone was something brand new so we could pick whatever we wanted :) So keep that in mind when you have something set in your mind you might want to have a back up just in case your neighbor has the same style as you**
