Skipped A Few Steps

I got so excited about decorating that I forgot to add a few other important steps we had to do to get to this point. After finalizing structural changes we met with the mortgage company.  Be prepared to provide information like back taxes, bank statement etc.  It was a lot of paperwork and questions but it is worth it because we were approved!! :) :)  After the approval they still need to acquire more information primarily financial before closing.  I made sure I uploaded the information early so there was no delay in our closing/building.
