After looking for a new home for three years we decided to build a Ryan home, Florence model. The floor plan had everything we wanted without being too spacious and outrageous. The Florence, has an open first floor-plan allowing the rooms to flow but yet having some privacy.
We started the process at the end of October and I have say that our sales rep has been the best!!
